Carefully Investigating the Causes of Your Accident
Truck accidents happen every day on both fast-moving interstates and crowded city streets. Many, if not most, of these accidents are the result of negligent behavior on the part of truck drivers and trucking companies, including but not limited to the following:
- Alcohol and drug abuse: Many truck drivers abuse drugs and alcohol in order to cope with the pressures of their jobs. This can impair their judgment and reaction time.
- Cell phone use: Talking or texting on a cell phone can impair driving ability just as much as alcohol abuse. Distracted truck drivers can and do cause serious accidents.
